We are in the middle of 2 wars; to think therepublicans aren't going to constantly remind voters of this threat in Nov is naive. Voters will vote with security interests first.

In response to: McCain will be seen as more of the same. The key for Democrats is to give an alternative and a candidate who was right about the war from the start.

in 2004, Bush ran on the war despite it being unpopular. This is a Republican tactic they will repeat.
