Assertion:
Thus insurers would offer more generous plans to keep/obtain customers. this would lower the price for all, only hurting insurers' profits(which have been huge for too long!)
In support of: Insurers would have a gov't plan to compete with. When they would deny your claims, the gov't plan wouldn't.
