Assertion:
China's purchase of a stake in Blackstone combines some economic "bubbles."

Essay and/or background: Over at Bloomberg, William Pesek observes that China's purchase of a stake in the large private equity firm Blackstone Group combines two hot trends: the emergence of China as a global economic giant and the increasing importance of private equity firms. China has a lot of foreign capital reserves and its stock market is thought by some to have become overpriced. Also, leveraged buyouts have been increasing greatly, perhaps too much so.
